Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the room looked lovely, but it seemed like someone had left it half-finished, and despite my request for a non-smoking room, it was a little dirty. The service was very poor; the receptionist even suggested I walk to the airport at 3 am. The location was good for getting around Tabuk, but there wasn't much to do in the adjacent area. The dining options were just okay, and the fresh orange juice was fine. The facilities were alright.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable, but a bit dirty, and I ended up in a smoking room even though I requested a non-smoking one. The service was a hit or miss; while Abdulaziz Alharbi was exceptionally welcoming, the overall reception service fell short of expectations. The location was convenient for exploring Tabuk, but there wasn't much to do nearby. The dining options left something to be desired, with limited choices and not the best quality. Overall, the value for money was questionable.
The hotel room was a little dirty, and despite requesting a non-smoking room, it seemed like someone had left it half finished. The service was very poor with unqualified receptionists, and I was even told to walk to the airport at 3 am. The location was reasonably priced and alright for maneuvering around Tabuk, but there was not much to do in the surrounding area. The dining options were limited with no big variety, although the fresh orange juice was excellent.
Upon arrival, the hotel looked lovely, but the room seemed halfway finished and slightly dirty. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, it seemed like a smoking room. The service was under stress, with a suggestion to walk to the airport at 3 am, yet Abdul Khaliq stood out for his proactive approach in quickly resolving an issue. The location was decent, offering access to getting around Tabuk, but lacked nearby attractions. The dining options had limited variety but served fine. Facilities were average, lacking standout features.
